(Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Tenpai Dragon" monster from your Deck, except "Tenpai Dragon Genroku", also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except Dragon monsters. You can only use each effect of "Tenpai Dragon Genroku" once per turn.
